In the game Quake Wars, there are five classes to choose from for both the Global Defense Force (GDF) and the Stroggs. The classes on both sides have the same basic function and similar play style. The major differences between the classes are the vehicles they can use as well as their weapon usage.
Classes Information
There are five classes to choose from on each side and these classes parallel each other for both the GDF and the Stroggs. There is one main assault class and the other four serve as support classes. This game, however, employ asymmetric gameplay so even if you play on either side as the same basic class, your character will look and behave differently. A medic on the human side may revive a character while the technician on the Strogg side may use a corpse as a host body for Strogg reinforcement. Although the end result is the same, the skill is slightly different. You can play online and level up your character in order to gain new weapons, stronger abilities, and faster building time. There is no difference between the classes on the different consoles.-
