• This page contains information on multiplayer mode in the PS3 version of Quake Wars. As more information is released, this page will be updated. In ET:QW, players are either human or alien Strogg, and can choose one of five classes. Depending on the race chosen, the different classes have different strengths and weaknesses. The game boasts over 40 vehicles, including quad-bikes, tanks, helicopters, and anti-gravity ships. Unlike the PC version of the game, the console versions support only 16 players due to bandwidth concerns. Quake Wars is mission-based and players will earn experience as they accomplish different goals. The game also tracks almost a thousand stats and achievements. Ranks and medals are awarded, for example, based on how well a player uses a particular weapon class-specific abilities.
