• Lose Yourself was released as part of the soundtrack to the film 8 Mile, which also starred Eminem. To date Lose Yourself is Eminem's most successful song based on charts as it reached #1 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart on November 9, 2002. Eminem gave Weird Al Yankovic permission to parody the song, the parody was released in 2003 and titled "Couch Potato".
