Emily Procter is an American actress that first appeared in several films and guest starred in television series in the 1990s. She had a small role in the 1996 film Jerry Maguire. Procter's breakthrough role came in 2002 when she landed the role of Calleigh Duquesne in the hit crime series CSI Miami.

Procter also has a reoccurring role in the series The West Wing. She also had a lead role in the film Big Momma's House 2 and Kingdom Come.
