British actress Emily Blunt starred alongside Anne Hathaway in the film adaptation of The Devil Wears Prada, for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe.

Career Background
Blunt's first major role was in the theatrical production Bliss at the 2000 Edinburgh Festival. She then starred in a series of productions for British television, including Boudica and Henry VIII.
Her feature film debut came in 2004's My Summer of Love, for which she won a British Film Award for Most Promising Newcomer. She received accolades for her supporting role in The Devil Wears Prada, for which she was named "Best Female Scene-Stealer" by Entertainment Weekly. She followed this up with more roles in Hollywood films including The Jane Austen Book Club, Dan in Real Life and Charlie Wilson's War.
In March 2009, Blunt stars as young Queen Victoria in the period-drama film The Young Victoria, which is produced by Martin Scorsese and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York.
