Brat Pack member Emilio Estevez is an American actor, writer and director. He began his career with a break out role in the film The Outsiders. From there he cemented his status as teen idol with the features The Breakfast Club and Young Guns.
After the hit The Mighty Ducks Estevez tried directing. He directed the films Wisdom and Men at Work. Ultimately, he directed the award winning film Bobby which is the fictionalized account of the events surrounding the Robert F. Kennedy assignation.
Famous Family
Emilio Estevez's father is actor Martin Sheen who is famous for portraying characters in the television show The West Wing and in the films Apocalypse Now and The Departed. His brother is Charlie Sheen who can currently be seen on the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men. Estevez routinely collaborates with both on his acting and directing projects.
