Ella's Pink Lady

The S&S (Sparkman and Stephens) 34 is a classic design from the famous Sparkman and Stephens. It is know for its seaworthiness and toughness.

The S&S 34 became famous after Jon Sanders, David Dicks and Jesse Martin used them for their history making solo circumnavigations and offshore passages.

More recently it has become famous as the yacht currently being used by 16 year old Australian Jessica Watson http://www.jessicawatson.com.au/about-jessica in her bid to become the youngest person to sail solo non-stop and unassisted around the World.

Ella's Pink Lady is owned by Australian adventurer and solo round the world sailor Don McIntyre.

Don McIntyre is well know for his many adventures including Antarctic expeditions and the re-enactment of the legendary voyage of William Bligh in a 7.5m open boat.
