Elizabeth Mazzocchi is a former girlfriend of NYPD Blue star Esai Morales. Mazzocchi accused Morales in 2007 of sexually assaulting her and infecting here with herpes. In March of 2008, a judge dismissed her claim because she continued to live with the actor for 15 months after the alleged assault.
