Elise Neal is an American actress who got her start in television on the shows, Loving and SeaQuest DSV. She made her film debut as "Beulah" in the John Singleton film, Rosewood, and has since appeared in Money Talks (11997), Scream 2 (1997), Restaurant (1998) and Mission to Mars (2000). In 2005, Neal starred in Hustle and Flow alongside Terrence Howard.

From 1998 to 2002, Neal starred as "Yvonne Hughley" on the television show The Hughleys. Then, from 2003 to 2005, she played "Tia Jewel" on the show All of Us. In 2007, Neal starred as "Ayana Boulet" in K-Ville, alongside Anthony Anderson and Cole Hauser.
