Elijah Burke signed with World Wrestling Entertainment in 2004. He was sent to train at Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) and won the OVW championship. Burke was soon offered to be a member of the Spirit Squad, however, he turned the offer down and stayed in OVW.#Online World of Wrestling: Burke

In 2006, Burke was promoted to the SmackDown brand, becoming the cornerman for former mixed-martial artist Sylvester Terkay. Burke also wrestled as a singles competitor with Terkay at his side. Burke was later moved to ECW.#Online World of Wrestling: Burke

Burke's most recent WWE appearances included the 2008 Royal Rumble, where he entered at number 28 and was eliminated by Triple H. Burke also participated in a 24-man battle royal at WrestleMania XXIV, being eliminated early in the match.#Online World of Wrestling: Burke

Burke appeared sparingly on WWE television toward the end of 2008. He was eventually released from the company on November 10.
