In the season premiere, The Path, Eli Stone survived brain surgery and has been vision-free for six months. • Eli Stone is a television show about a lawyer Jonny Lee Miller who finds himself at a crossroads in life, caught between the man he has become and the man he wants to be.

Stone had the perfect life as a successful lawyer with an intelligent and beautiful fiancee Natasha Henstridge. When Stone begins to have strange visions (including frequent serenading by (George Michael), he is diagnosed with a blood clot in his brain that may burst and kill him at any moment... or never. Stone chooses to believe the visions and tries to incorporate their messages into his life which often proves more difficult than he can manage.
