Retired professional basketball player Elgin Baylor played 13 seasons in the National Basketball Association and most recently served as the vice president of basketball operations for the Los Angeles Clippers.
Baylor was dismissed from the Clippers in October of 2008. In February of 2009, Baylor filed a lawsuit against the Clippers claiming that he was discriminated against because of his age and race.ESPN.com: Baylor Alleges Age, Race Discrimination
