• "Eleanor Rigby" (originally from The Beatles' album Revolver) was performed by American Idol contestant David Cook on the March 11, 2008, episode. After Cook's performance controversy erupted and rumors began circulating that he had ripped off the band Doxology. However, before his performance he did comment on where he found his arrangement of the song.

  Randy said he can definitely rock out on Idol. Started out a little unsafe but once he hit the chorus it was rocking.
