Ekpe Udoh is a professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors in the National Basketball Association. Udoh joined the NBA in 2010 after he was selected sixth overall in the first round of the NBA Draft by the Warriors. Udoh was expected to join Golden State for his rookie season in 2010 however, that date was pushed back after he injured his ankle. College Career
After playing at Edmond Santa Fe High School in Edmond, Oklahoma, Udoh made his NCAA Basketball debut at the University of Michigan in 2006. He played two seasons for the Wolverines, averaging 20 minutes per game, five points per game and four assists per game in the 2006-07 season. Following his transfer from Michigan, Udoh sat out the 2008-09 season. He joined the Baylor Bears in 2009-10, playing in 36 games and scoring 500 points.
