Please note that some recipes call for uncooked eggs. Use pasteurized eggs to avoid the risk of salmonella poisoning or make cooked eggnog instead.

Eggnog French Toast
- 2 cups eggnog
- 10 slices of thick firm bread similar to Hawaiian bread
- Add the eggnog to a bowl that is shallow enough to enable easy access to the liquid. Dip the bread into the eggnog and coat it thoroughly. Add the bread to a large pan seasoned with melted butter. Cook until both sides of the bread are lightly browned. Spread a light coating of melted butter on the toast and sprinkle with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
