Super Easy Egg Drop Soup
Directions
- In a large pot add chicken broth and water and set to medium high heat.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water and slowly add to boiling broth.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the broth is thickened add egg mixture. Make sure to add egg slowly so it doesn't clump. Keep stirring while adding the mixture.
- Eggs will cook quickly, approximately 2 minute.
- Top with chives.
