Career
Eckhart Tolle began his pursuit for enlightenment in the late 1960s after a battle with mental illness. Through his research at Cambridge University and after considerable study, Tolle wrote the book The Power of Now. The self-help book was a long time resident on The New York Times Best Sellers List and brought him to the attention of an international audience.
Tolle moderated the largest online class in history with Oprah Winfrey discussing his latest book A New Earth in the Spring of 2008.
