High School

Britton graduated from John Burroughs High School in 2005 where he was an offensive line MVP as a team captain in his senior year. He participated in the CaliFlorida All-Star game in January '05 in Miami as one of the nation's top prep stars. College

He attended University of Arizona and played for three seasons as an offensive tackler before he declared to forego his senior season to enter the 2009 NFL Draft. He earned honorable mention Pac-10 All-Academic honors in 2006, Second-team All-Pacific-10 Conference honors in 2007, and Outland Trophy Watch List in 2008.
