East Regional Finals

The East Regional Finals is the final game of the East Region Bracket of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. As one of four games that make up the Elite Eight round, the East Regional Finals determines one of the teams that will play in the Final Four.

The East Regional Finals of the 2009 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament 2009 were held on March 28, 2009 at the TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The Villanova Wildcats upset the Pittsburgh Panthers 78-76 and will continue on to the 2009 Final Four.
