Earnest Graham was signed by the Buccaneers in 2003 after going undrafted. He was assigned to the practice squad and did not play in a regular season game his rookie year. Graham made the main roster in 2004, but he saw limited action at running back in the next three seasons and was relegated mostly to special teams. In 2007, Graham played in 15 games, starting 10 of them after starting running back Cadillac Williams went down with an injury.
