Originally called the Congressional Bowl, the EagleBank Bowl is an annual post-season college football bowl game. In 2009, the EagleBank Bowl will be played on December 29.

Team Selection
In the 2008 game, the Navy Midshipmen are scheduled to face the ninth place team in the Atlantic Coast Conference, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Should the ninth place ACC team fail to win at least six games, their spot will be filled by another eligible team.
