E3 (abbreviated for Electronic Entertainment Expo) is a video gameplay and gaming console convention, which has been held annually since 1995. It is held by the Entertainment Software Association. The 2009 convention opened officially on June 2, and ended on June 4. It was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California. E3 2009 saw the announcements of many new games and gaming consoles.
