On June 6, 2008, Hill made a comment about the fist bump that Michelle and Barack Obama exchanged on stage before his victory speech on June 3, 2008. Among other things, Hill characterized the gesture as a "terrorist fist jab." As Hill was leading into a segment where she planned to discuss the 'fist bump' with a body language expert, she speculated as to the different possible interpretations of the gesture.
