Dynasty Warriors 7 - Wu Mission 18 - Battle of Hefei Part 2

Player: Ling Tong. Talk to Lu Meng to begin the mission.

Mission Objectives: 1.) Sun Quan and Gan Ning reach the escape point.

2.) Sun Quan and Gan Ning must survive.

Head south across the bridge and enter the enemy main camp. Zhang Liao will appear. If you are using Ling Tong’s Nunchuks, his moveset consists of fast strikes, but have limited range. Use his first grapple musou to damage powerful officers such as Zhang Liao.

Head south with Sun Quan and cross the bridge to another camp. Wei’s reinforcements will arrive at the north end of the map, lead by Cao Cao. Sun Quan will be attacked by an army lead by Cao Ren. Ling Tong’s second musou is a forward AOE attack that works to clear the mob as well as defeating officers.

Follow Sun Quan south, then east. He will be ambushed by Zhang Liao and Xiahou Dun. Use the above strategy to save Sun Quan.

Gan Ning will be covering the rear, so when Sun Quan reaches the escape point, head back to Gan Ning to help support him. Defeat the remaining pursuing enemies. Xu Zhu has a rolling musou attack, and a grappling musou.

Afterwards, escort Gan Ning to the escape point. You will be intercepted by Zhang Liao once again. Zhang Liao will regenerate the first time his health drops low. In addition, he will also gain Defense and Attack powerups. Defeat him, and escape with Gan Ning.
