Dynasty Warriors 7 - Shu Mission 19 - Battle of Yiling Part 1

Guan Yu and Guan Ping were captured by Wu and subsequently executed. Blinded by rage, Liu Bei declares war on Wu, despite objections from Zhuge Liang and Zhao Yun. In his sorrow, Zhang Fei became drunken one day and mistreated his soldiers. That night, his soldiers assassinated him in his sleep. With both of his sworn brothers gone, the emotions Liu Bei felt made him forget the true purpose of his oath to his brothers: to restore the Han. Instead, Liu Bei marches to Yi Ling with only vengeance on his mind.

Dynasty Warriors 7 - Shu Mission 19 - Battle of Yiling Part 1

Player: Zhao Yun.

Mission Objectives: 1.) Defeat Gan Ning.

2.) Liu Bei must survive.

Head east, and Liu Bei’s camp will be set on fire from an attack by Wu. Your health and your allies’ health will be reduced. Head to the locations marked by green circles to find some of your lost comrades and help them defeat their enemies.

In the third location, there will be Zhou Tai. He has a circular AOE musou around him.

After you rescued all your allies, move south and cross the river through the bridge. You will spot Liu Bei. Head south into the enemy camp and defeat the enemy officers. Inside, Gan Ning will appear. Gan Ning has forward charging musou attacks, so it may be difficult to dodge. Zhao Yun’s charging musou attack is useful for defeating officers as well as mobs.
