Sima Zhao’s defense against Shu solidified his position as a worthy ruler. However, discontent still grew within the Wei loyalists. Realizing Zhuge Dan’s connections to Wu, Cao Mao sewed distrust between him and Sima Zhao. Meanwhile, Jiang Wei initiated another attack Wei. There is no doubt that Shu’s resources are dwindling and that Jiang Wei is acting too hastily. Deng Ai and Zhong Hui are sent to Duangu to repel the invading Shu forces.

Dynasty Warriors 7 - Jin Mission 15 - 4th Shu Invasion Part 1

Player: Zhong Hui. Talk to Guard to begin the mission.

Mission Objectives: 1.) Defeat Xiahou Ba.

2.) Deng Ai must survive.

Head south and engage the enemy. Shu will launch an ambush on Deng Ai to the south. Rush to Deng Ai and help him defeat the ambushers. Zhong Hui’s two musou attacks are both AOEs.

Head south to the checkpoint (marked by a green circle). Defeat Zhang Yi to proceed.

Move north-east, defeating any officers that get in your way. Head to the bridge and destroy it. If you don’t destroy it in time, don’t worry. You’ll just have to deal with extra enemy reinforcements that will cross the bridge.

Head south and help out any of your allies that may be fighting the enemy. Continue south towards the area marked by a green circle.

Xiahou Ba will attack you. You have fought Xiahou Ba many times before, so use the same strategies in defeating him.
