Dynasty Warriors 7 - Jin Mission 02

Cao Rui rule was short lived, and his son Cao Fang replaces him on the throne. Cao Fang kept close to him Cao Shuang and Sima Yi. However, the Cao family discriminated against the Sima Family, and so Sima Yi resigned his position and feigned weakness. Cao Shuang launches an attack on Shu, but Sima Yi refuses to participate.

Dynasty Warriors 7 - Jin Mission 02 - Conquest of Shu

Player: Sima Zhao. Talk to Cao Shuang to begin the mission.

Mission Objectives: 1.) Defeat Wang Ping.

2.) Cao Shuang must survive.

Head west and cross the bridge. Move north and engage the enemy. Enter the enemy supply depot. Shu will launch a surprise attack on your main camp. Quickly defeat Wang Ping and capture the supply depot.

Head back to your main base and protect Cao Shuang from the ambushers.

Mission Update: 1.) Cao Shuang reaches the escape point.

2.) Cao Shuang must survive.

Follow Cao Shuang west, then south. Head east under a small tunnel, and Cao Shuang will be ambushed by Guan Suo. Sima Zhao’s first musou is a grapple that launches into a dashing AOE. Use it to grab officers and use the AOE to finish off mobs.

Continue heading east and Cao Shuang will be ambushed by Yue Ying. Defeat her to proceed.

Follow Cao Shuang north and you will be ambushed by Xing Cai. Xing Cai has a forward charging AOE that might be difficult to dodge.

Continue north and more Shu ambushers will appear. A short cutscene will play, and Ma Dai will appear. Ma Dai has a forward AOE musou. Defeat Ma Dai to proceed.
