22-year-old Dustin Radke of Wisconsin is facing charges of third degree sexual assault of a corpse and theft. In 2006, Radke and two friends, Nicholas and Alex Grunke, were arrested after trying to pry open the grave of Laura Tennessen for the purpose of necrophilia.
Necrophilia Is Now Illegal in Wisconsin
When the men were arrested in 2006, there was no law against necrophilia in the state of Wisconsin.
