Dustin McGowan is a Major League Baseball player. He is currently a pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays.

Dustin Michael McGowan was born in Savannah, Georgia on March 24, 1982. He attended Long County High School. In 2000, he was selected by the Toronto Blue Jays with the 33rd pick in the Major League Baseball amateur draft.

On July 30, 2005, McGowan made his MLB debut with the Toronto Blue Jays. In his first season, he appeared in 13 games and compiled a record of one win and three losses. He finished the season with a 6.35 earned run average. In 2007, McGowan appeared in 27 games and compiled a record of 12 wins and 10 losses. He finished the season with a 4.08 earned run average.
