Falling Down is the first single from Duran Duran's new album, Red Carpet Massacre. The video was banned in the UK because it contained too much nudity.

The music video centers around models in rehab with the members of Duran Duran acting as doctors and therapists, counseling a group of the models and passing around pills. The band stated that pop star Britney Spears served as inspiration for the main character in the music video. The video was shot in Los Angeles and directed by Anthony Mandler who also did the video for The Killers' single When You Were Young.
