  • Dulce de Leche, also known as Doce de Leite is a milk-based syrup served mainly with dessert, but also used on pancakes. The taste is very similar to caramel.
  • How to Make Dulce de Leche

    1. Remove the label and adhesive from a can of Sweetened Condensed Milk.
    2. Place can inside a pan of boiling water, ensuring the can is fully covered at all times.
    3. Boil for three to four hours, depending on the consistency you are seeking. The longer it cooks, the thicker it will become.
    4. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
    5. Open after fully cooled down.
    6. Enjoy!
