Dukes v. Wal-Mart is a continuing sexual discrimination lawsuit, and at $11 Billion it's the largest civil rights suit in United States history. Wal-Mart is charged with discriminating against women in promotions, pay, and assignments. If these allegations are proven to be true, Wal-Mart would be in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights act.
