Drupal is a program designed for organizing, editing and publishing consistent content to the Web, written in the PHP programming language. Drupal "themes" determine the basic layout and design of the website itself. A few basic themes come included with the free, open source Drupal software, known as "Drupal Core," though others can be found and downloaded easily, or designed from scratch.
