Peterson's Wives Missing and Dead
The mysterious disappearance of the 23-year-old mother of two young children drew national attention. Peterson's third wife, Kathleen Savio, was found dead in a bathtub in 2004. The death was initially ruled and accident but after Stacy Peterson vanished, the body of Savio was exhumed and the case was reclassified as a homicide.
