Andrew Melvin Gooden was born on September 24, 1981, in Oakland, California. He attended El Cerrito High School and then continued his education at the University of Kansas. Pro Career
Gooden started his first season in the NBA with the Memphis Grizzlies in 2002. He finished the season with the Orlando Magic after a trade.
