Dragon Age 2 - The Long Road is the companion quest for Aveline. For this walkthrough, players will help Aveline gain the attention of Guardsman Donnic, a man she is romantically interested in. After the completion of the quest, players can quickly do the Questioning Beliefs quest for Aveline.

1. To receive the quest, speak with Aveline in Viscount's Keep.
2. Following the quest arrow, speak with the Guardsman to give him the item.
3. Speak with Aveline again.
4. Click the roster to initiate the cutscene.
5. Speak with Aveline again.
6. Speak with Donnic again.
7. Go to the Hanged Man pub at night.
8. Speak with Donnic.
9. After you speak with Aveline, go to the Wounded Coast.
10. Go towards the quest arrow, clearing enemies on the way.
11. Note: Make sure to take out any mage enemies first.
12. Return to the Viscount's Keep and speak with Aveline.
