The First Sacrifice quest for this Dragon Age 2 Walkthrough is a side mission where the player will search for a man's missing wife. Players will start off by talking with a number of NPCs to gain clues about the disappearance, until finally confronting a number of demon-based enemies.

1. Speak with the man at the quest arrow in Hightown.
2. Agree to help him.
3. Follow the quest arrow to the Blooming Rose.
4. Speak with the elf at the second level.
5. Head to Darktown, and follow the quest arrow to find the Templar the elf told you about.
6. You may get ambushed by a number of enemies. Simply kill them and head on.
7. Go down into the Meeting Place.
8. Kill the enemies and speak with the Templar.
9. Go to Darktown at night and follow the quest arrow to the Foundry.
10. You will encounter some demon enemies here. Quickly take out the weaker Shades and then proceed to focus down the stronger demons.
11. Take the door to Lowtown.
12. Go to the Gallows at daytime.
13. Speak with the Templar.
