Dragon Age 2 Walkthrough - Male Warrior - Night Terrors
Dragon age 2 - Night Terrors is a side quest received via letter in Act 2. For this walkthrough, players will travel into the Fade (magical plane filled with demons, spirits, and other ethereal creatures), in order to attempt and rescue (or kill) Feynriel, the half-elven mage boy you saved earlier in the game. Players will encounter a number of relatively weak demon enemies, and decide Feynriel's fate with their dialogue options.

After you accept the letter from Arianni, Speak with her in Lowtown (Elven Alienage).
When you're ready speak with Arianni again.
After you agree to go into the dream world, choose which party members you want to take.
Note: Taking Anders may prove to be a good idea, as he will be controlled entirely by the Spirit of Justice within him (the spirit which is normally found in the Fade), so he may have extra knowledge or expertise on the Fade.
Decide to either battle the Sloth Demon, or to hear out (and perhaps agree with) his proposition.
Note: If you agree to the Demon's proposition, you will earn 6 attribute points in total.
If you decide to battle the demon, the fight is quite easy.
After this, you can decide to go straight to continuing the quest, or to complete some of the puzzles around the area, which each earn you one attribute point.
Note: Whichever character you use to do the puzzle will gain the attribute points.
If you wish to complete the puzzles, visit the rooms without the 2 quest marks.
The first puzzle is the floating book in one of the rooms. In order to read it, pause the game and click on the book once, and then once again to read it to gain the attribute point.
Another room will have barrels that you can move around, and have to arrange them with the small barrels on top, and the large ones on bottom. If you fail, enemies will spawn.
Another room will have red barrels that you need to put in a square in the middle of the other barrels. If you succeed, you will gain 2 attribute points.
When you're ready, or if you skipped the puzzles entirely, enter the "Feynriel's Desires" quest-marked door. After the cutscene, convince Feynriel that the man is actually a demon with proper dialogue choices.
The demon will then appear in its true form and speak with you.
You will then have to fight the demon, and whichever party members she managed to "tempt". This fight however is quite easy.
Go to the other marked quest door and defeat the final demon.
Head back out to the middle of the area, where you first encountered the Sloth Demon, and speak with Feynriel. Here, you can decide his fate with your dialogue options.
