In the Birthright mission walkthrough for Dragon Age 2, players will pursue a short side quest to find out whether Gamlen, the Champion's Uncle, is lying about the inheritance from his father's will. Players will retrieve the will from an estate, after fighting through a small number of enemies, and proceed to confront Gamlen with the truth.

1. Head to Gamlen's home in Lowtown (you can access it directly once you've visited it once).
2. Demand to see the will.
3. Head out of the house, and go to Darktown.
4. Follow the quest arrow in Darktown and enter the estate.
5. You will have to fight through a few groups of relatively weak enemies.
6. Open the chest.
7. Take the door to Hightown.
8. Head back to Gamlen's home.
