In this fake promotional video, Dr. Ronald Chevalier (Jemaine Clement) gives instructions for relaxing, which he calls “relaxating.” In the video, he advises sitting on a couch, and pulling your feet up together “close to your groinal axis.” He then goes on to instruct, “in this stance, just picture a giant ball between your legs. This ball starts to form an ocean, and countries. It's an entire country between your legs. Just imagine life beginning on the planet.
