Dr Pepper is a well-known soft drink first served in 1885 and introduced to Texas in 1904. It is known for being made with 23 flavors, having a unique taste, unlike cola or fruit.
In 2009, a recipe titled "D Peppers Pepsin Bitters" found in an old ledger in Waco, Texas, is believed to the the first recipe for Dr. Pepper. A page in the book was titled W.B. Morrison & Co. Old Corner Drug Store, the same store in which Dr. Pepper was first served in 1885.
