Dr. Octagon

Dr. Octagon is one of the many alter-egos of rapper and producer Kool Keith. According to Keith, Dr. Octagon is an extraterrestrial Gynecologist and surgeon who has the ability to travel through time. Dr. Octagon's debut album Dr. Octagonecologyst (which was produced by Dan The Automator and features scratching by DJ Q-Bert) was a minor underground hit and helped introduce the genre of Acid Rap to mainstream audiences. After killing off Dr. Octagon at the beginning of his next album, First Come, First Served (by his new alter ego Dr. Doom), Keith resurrected Octagon in 2006 in the hopes of recording a new album.
