Dr Mario Online RX is the newest game in the series of Dr. Mario video games. It debuts in the United States on May 26, 2008 on WiiWare. WiiWare allows people to download games and applications to play directly on the Wii.

In the game, you take control of Dr. Mario, who is trying to manipulate pills to destroy viruses. It is a remake of the classic Dr Mario game. In order to win the game, you must destroy all the viruses by making combos to eliminate the various different bacteria.

Dr Mario Online RX is very similar to the game Tetris because it has similar gameplay mechanisms and plot line. There is also a multiplayer version of the game that is playable over WiFi. The multiplayer section allows you to challenge an opponent over the Internet. You also have the ability to use your Mii, which is a digital character for the Wii.

Like Dr Mario 64 the game features the ability to adjust the virus and speed levels. The new Nintendo WiFi feature is the biggest change in this game, however, the game now lacks the ability to play against four players simultaneously.
