  • Douglas Poling (sometimes spelled Douglas Polling) is an AIG executive who received a $6.4 million bonus from the company in March 2009.   • Controversial Bonuses

    On March 13, 2009, AIG paid $165 million in bonuses to executives.     During his testimony to congress on March 18, 2009. CEO Edward Liddy said that he had asked most employees who received bonuses to pay back half of the money or more.
