Republican lawyer Douglas Kmiec has endorsed Senator Barack Obama for president in the 2008 Election. This makes him the latest in a series of Republicans who have expressed their support for Obama, including Susan Eisenhower, the granddaughter of former president Dwight D. Eisenhower.
