  • The Doughnut Bacon Burger, also known as a Luther Burger and Craz-E Burger, consists of a cheeseburger with bacon, but instead of the usual bun, the contents are sandwiched between a Krispy Kreme doughnut (or sometimes two). Though there is some uncertainty about the burger's origins, it is believed that it was first served in a bar in Decatur, Georgia, called "Mulligans."
