Wilson was pulled over by police in Decatur, Illinois, at approximately 1:00 a.m. on December 31, 2008, and arrested for suspected DUI after failing to yield the right-of-way to a police car. He was also arrested for driving on a suspended license and illegal transportation of alcohol.
