On September 11, 2008, Stanhope launched a website dedicated to raising money to pay for an abortion for Bristol Palin. Stanhope himself donated $50,000 dollars and encouraged others to donate money to the site to help Palin start a new life. Though Palin did not take Stanhope up on his offer of an abortion and a new life, Stanhope has pledged to pay for an abortion for an underprivileged teen each year in the name of pro-life supporter Sarah Palin.Official Site: Saving Bristol
