Ohio auto mechanic Doug Pelmear claims that he has altered his 1987 Ford Mustang to get 110 miles for each gallon of gas. Pelmear also claims that the car can travel over 100 miles an hour, and can go from zero to 60 in three seconds. His engine, he claims, burns gasoline, but because it has been made highly efficient through electronics, it can achieve excellent gas mileage.
