Dory Funk Jr. is a retired professional wrestler. He is the older brother of wrestler Terry Funk, and the son of wrestler Dory Funk, Sr.Handbook of Texas Online: FUNK, DORRANCE WILHELM He retired from the ring in 2008 and opened a training facility in Florida.
Backstory
Dory Funk Jr. began his wrestling career in 1963, the same year he graduated from West Texas State University, where he was a champion wrestler and played football. He was inducted into the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2005 and the National Wrestling Alliance Hall of Fame in 2006.
